About Us

Hi, I’m Paul – the founder of Trail Forge. I’ve spent the last 17 years in the cycle industry working hands-on as a mechanic. Over time, my passion for bikes evolved into a drive to create better, more accessible components as well as scratching my itch to tinker and learn how things work. For the past 8 years, I’ve been designing and 3D printing my own parts for use throughout my life and to use while riding or in the workshop.

Trail Forge was born out of that experience – a way to bring better access to common parts we as riders may need, from suspension tuning to help get your setup dialled, tools for your fork service, and many other commonly needed parts.

All our parts are tested in real-world conditions — no gimmicks, just stuff that works.
