Cancelling Your Order

If you've ordered online:

  • You can let us know you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order — no need to give a reason.
  • Once you’ve told us, you have another 14 days to return the item(s).
  • We’ll issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Please note: Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

 

Faulty Items

If you receive an item that’s faulty or develops a fault:

  • You’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
  • If the fault is discovered within 6 months of receiving your order, we’ll offer a repair or replacement unless we can prove the item wasn’t faulty at the time of purchase.
  • If the item has a fault after 6 months, we may ask for proof that the issue was present when you received it.

 

How to Return an Item

Please contact us first to arrange your return. Once confirmed, send the item back to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable service for peace of mind.

Please note:

  • Unless the item is faulty, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
