Aftermarket cover compatible with Canyon handlebars that use Gear Groove system, such as the current Aeroad / Ultimate / Endurace / Endurace ONFly / Grail models that can use the Gear Groove Mount.

  • Aftermarket cover to fit Canyon CP0048 / CP0047 / CP0039 with the Gear Groove interface.
  • This is the equivalent of Canyon GP7450-01 / 10013853
  • Manufactured in England with Carbon Fibre reinforced Nylon 6 results in very high strength.

Fitting

We recommend a maximum of 2nm when attaching the cover to the stem, this is also the maximum that Canyon recommend for the handlebar. Loctite can be used on the threads to added security, periodic checks of bolts form tightness is recommended.


Note: This product is 3D-printed. As a result, minor surface variations and subtle imperfections may be present, which are inherent to the 3D printing process. These do not affect the product's functionality or durability. I and others have been using these items as a rider for some time now.
