Keep a spare quick link on hand, with this neat chain quick link holder. I fits into your Fox 38 fork under the air top cap for tool free access. It is designed to have a snug fit under the top cap so there is no rattle. Tested over 6 months with multiple trips to Alpine locations, no rattle.
There is a handy pull tab for removal. When adjusting air pressure the holder can be left in with air pumps with tips of 12mm width being compatible which so far is all of the pumps I have tested, including the generic pumps that come with many bike brands and suspension products.
